Situated in the countryside close to the pretty village of Eygalières, this unique mas is set in 30 hectares of land, and benefits from having a truly spectacular position in the heart of Les Alpilles mountain range. The grounds which are beautifully landscaped; with pine & olive trees and a profusion of lavender, give a warm and typically provencal atmosphere. From which one can admire stunning sunsets on the neighboring rocks. A small practice golf course has been created amongst the trees so that golf lovers can warm up before testing the neighboring golf courses of Les Baux de Provence and Mouriès. In addition there is a tennis court and an original and large heated pool 18x8m with jacuzzi.There are several terraces to the house, enabling guests to enjoy the wonderful views that surround the house and grounds on all sides. The newly restored living rooms are bright and large, and decorated and furnished with taste and subtlety. There are 10 bedrooms, as well as an independent studio (the size of all the double beds are 160cm). There is also Internet access in all the rooms Accommodation

Entrance with a sitting area. Dining room with access to a large living room. Access to the rear terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and rear kitchen with two large fridges, another dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Air conditioned double bedroom with unique outdoor access and en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV.
1st floor
2 different stairs to access to 7 double bedrooms (four of them can be converted into twin bedded rooms) all with en-suite shower rooms or bathrooms and WC. Each bedroom has been equipped with an air conditioning system and flat screen TV.
Independent studio
There is an independent studio which has on the ground floor, an air conditioned double bedroom with flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom and WC. Small kitchen with hob and small fridge and small living room. Whilst on the 1st floor there is an air conditioned bedroom that sleeps four with en-suite shower room. Independent WC and an air conditioned double bedroom with flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with WC.
Staff Full time cleaning lady (35 hours per week) with extra maid service if required.
Full time pool-man / gardener.
