Villa Auguste is a stunning Provençal-style villa situated within a private domaine on the lower slopes of the Alpes Maritime, with breathtaking views to the mountains in the distance, and over the Mandelieu golf course below. It is a peaceful position, yet just five minutes from the coast and beaches, and 15 minutes from Cannes. Access to the 18-hole Golf course is just 5 minutes' walk away. The villa is surrounded by half an acre of beautiful private gardens, with olive trees and a large ozone swimming pool (13 x 6m), with sun terrace furnished with teak sunloungers. Large trees with hammocks provide shady spots for relaxing out of the sun, and there is a dining terrace and barbecue at the front of the house, from where the views can be enjoyed. The interiors have been totally refurbished to a very high standard and the accommodation comprises three double bedrooms all with king size or super king size beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and 1 air-conditioned studio with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms, including the studio, feature Egyptian cotton sheets, duvets and towels and Italian designed bathrooms with heated floors and power showers. Bathrobes and L'Occitane toiletries are provided. All bedrooms have Sky television (UK channels), DVD and CD player. The sitting room also has Sky TV, DVD and an extensive DVD and CD library. There is a open fireplace for use during the winter months. Wi-fi internet access is available throughout the property. Staff can be arranged, including a chef, butler, chauffeur service and airport transfers. The villa provides a superb venue for a family holiday or for corporate clients to entertain guests and incentive breaks.
